This project was a result of the February 2023 floods in Auckland. The fourth level of the buildings lower roof was unable to drain fast enough to keep up with the down pour. Resulting in flooding 4 seperate court rooms and half of level 4 totalling in just under 1000 square meters of affected area. Blue Collar Construction was given the demolition, insulation, plasterboard, Re-building 2 way grid suspended ceilings and framing out for the judges, jury and witness stages. This job is currently still ongoing due to delays for the H-vac upgrade but is finishing up February. Naylor love is happy with our work and we are currently tendering.
