Red Beach-Fletcher devolpment is a project we have worked on for the last 3 years. Working closely with project management to deliver over 100 homes to a high standard.

- Programme – Blue collar have been a critical part of our success at Red Beach, having the ability to pull in additional resources when required to achieve key milestones
- Quality – Blue collar’s work speaks for itself; the quality of builds is one of the best within Fletcher North with next to zero failed building inspections and minimal snagging defects raised.
- Supervision – Karzan manages his team onsite well, additionally he has very cable and experienced leading hands to supplement his onsite management
- Tech/ Ability – Blue collar shows an excellent understanding of NZBC and other council regulations. The ability to problem solves and use knowledge with the regulations sets Blue Collar apart from other contractors.
